Urgent Maintanace Window - 15th May 2012
As part of our continual growth and development plan we had intended to upgrade equipment within Rack 7 at our facility within the next 2-3 months but this non-urgent window has now been superseded with an urgent need to decommission the rack in questions.
Rather than cause additional service disruption, we have taken the initiative to combine the rack decommission with the equipment upgrade and as such the following window has been created:
Date: Tue 15th May 2012
Time: 12:00 to 17:00 BST
Duration: ~5mins per server
The work will involve powering down each server and moving to the new rack one by one and as such, disruption will be kept to a minimum.
