Web Server 03 - Hard Drive Failure
Web Server 03 suffered a Hard Drive failure, we have tried to re-install everything best we can. We have sent off the Hard Drive to get the data from it as it was not possible to get data from it while we were at the Datacenter. We should have news on backups within a few days.
We have since installed a new backup system and also have added a NAS server in our rack. This should better allow use to keep more than 1 active backup, adding another point of failure in our link. We are also looking into the option of an offsite backup to give ourselves yet more fallover should anything like this happen again
